At My Legend Arc, every storybook is custom-made and printed on demand specifically for each child. Please review the shipping details below before placing an order.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide.
Orders are fulfilled using region-based production and logistics partners to ensure consistent quality and efficient delivery.

Shipping Costs

All My Legend Arc orders include free worldwide standard shipping.

At checkout, customers may optionally choose a faster or upgraded shipping option, including tracked shipping (where available), for an additional fee. Selecting an upgraded option is optional and does not affect the availability of free standard shipping.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders enter production after personalization is finalized.
Once production is complete, orders are dispatched to the selected shipping carrier.

Dispatch times may vary during peak periods.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery timelines after dispatch are:

US, UK, Europe, Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 15–30 business days, depending on location, customs clearance, and local postal services

International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing or local delivery networks.

Tracking Information

Tracking availability depends on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

US, UK, Europe, Australia & New Zealand:
Tracking is included with free standard shipping. A tracking link is shared once the order is dispatched.

Rest of the world:
Free standard shipping does not include tracking. Customers may choose a paid tracked shipping upgrade at checkout if tracking is required.

All orders are securely packaged and handled with care to ensure safe delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

My Legend Arc is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If an order has not arrived within 30 business days from the date of dispatch, please contact us at:

After verifying the shipment details, a free replacement will be arranged if necessary.

Damaged Shipments

If a book arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@mylegendarc.com

Include clear photos of the damage so the issue can be reviewed. Once verified, a replacement will be issued.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure shipping details are accurate at checkout.

My Legend Arc is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
