Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At My Legend Arc, every storybook is custom-made and personalized specifically for each child. Because of this, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail products.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Personalized Products & Returns

All My Legend Arc storybooks are created on demand using customer-provided details such as the child’s name, photo, and personalization preferences.

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • General refunds are not offered once an order has been placed

This applies even if the book is unused or unopened.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Orders with spelling errors or incorrect details entered by the customer

  • Incorrect photos uploaded by the customer

  • Design or style preferences

  • Sale items and gift cards

Because each book is made uniquely for the child, it cannot be resold or reused.

Damages, Printing Errors & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your book arrives:

  • damaged

  • misprinted

  • defective

  • or incorrect due to a production error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

orders@mylegendarc.com

Include clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it quickly.

Once verified, we will reprint and ship a replacement free of charge.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your book has not arrived within 30 business days from the date of dispatch:

  • Contact us at orders@mylegendarc.com

  • We will verify your order and shipping details

  • A free replacement will be issued if necessary

Refunds are not provided for lost shipments; replacements are the resolution offered.

Digital Copy Policy

Every physical My Legend Arc order includes a complimentary digital PDF copy.

  • Digital-only purchases are not available

  • For tracked shipments, the digital copy is sent after delivery confirmation

  • For untracked shipments, it is emailed approximately 17–20 business days after dispatch

The digital copy does not affect refund or replacement eligibility.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Important exception:
Under EU consumer law, personalized or custom-made goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Since My Legend Arc books are created specifically for each child, this right does not apply once personalization has begun.

If you have questions regarding EU consumer rights, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

Because all products are personalized, exchanges are not available.

If there is a verified printing or production issue, we will provide a free replacement instead.
